KP.SMALL baskets are compact, modular, and stackable stainless steel baskets designed with small, precision parts in mind. Available in multiple mesh sizes, these baskets ensure secure handling of small parts and optimal cleaning performance. They're compatible with all iFP Clean parts washers and are built to meet the demands of high-volume precision machining environments.

KP.CUSTOM

Built for heavy and oversized metal parts, with a side flap that makes loading and unloading easier. Internal dividers secure parts during washing and treatment.

Compatible with the KP.MAX washing machine line, the KP.CUSTOM basket can also be custom-made to meet specific customer needs.

KP.MODULAR

KP.MODULAR baskets combine a robust design and advanced features to optimize your process, making them ideal for medium-sized precision parts. They feature wide handles for easy gripping even with protective gloves, a sturdy spring-handle lid that securely adjusts basket height, and reinforced edges with double steel rods to negate sharp elements and protect delicate parts. These stainless steel baskets can also be equipped with metal identification numbers, enabling seamless optical detection and automation with iFP Clean’s automated loading system.

KP.PIN

KP.PIN is a system designed to securely hold metal parts during washing cycles, especially when basket rotation is required. Ideal for delicate CNC parts or complex geometries, each setup features a durable PVC plate with 352 precision-drilled holes that accommodate a variety of interchangeable pins in different shapes and sizes. The stainless steel support baskets and stackable, adjustable locking rings keep components in place for repeatable and high-quality washing results.
