KP.MODULAR

KP.MODULAR baskets combine a robust design and advanced features to optimize your process, making them ideal for medium-sized precision parts. They feature wide handles for easy gripping even with protective gloves, a sturdy spring-handle lid that securely adjusts basket height, and reinforced edges with double steel rods to negate sharp elements and protect delicate parts. These stainless steel baskets can also be equipped with metal identification numbers, enabling seamless optical detection and automation with iFP Clean’s automated loading system.

KP.CUSTOM

KP.CUSTOM baskets are engineered to handle heavy, large metal components and are purpose-built for iFP Clean's KP.MAX industrial parts washer series. Designed for flexibility and ease of use, these baskets can be fully customized to meet your specific parts cleaning and surface treatment requirements. They feature a convenient side flap for easier loading and unloading of oversized or awkwardly shaped parts. Internal dividing panels also help securely position components during the cleaning cycle, ensuring optimal exposure and consistent results.
