Virtual Assessment
Prior to the first on-site preventative maintenance service, our technical service supervisor will call you to conduct a virtual assessment of your washer's current condition and discuss any existing problems as well as past preventative maintenances.
First On-Site Visit
Our experts will cover all PMs that would be completed in both semi-annual and annual visits. We will train your team on the proper procedures to conduct and record the daily, weekly and monthly PMs prior to our semi-annual on-site visit.
*NOTE: We may identify other corrective repairs which may be recommended.
Virtual Follow-Up
3 months after the on-site PM, we will conduct a virtual follow-up with your team to assist with any questions or issues you may have.
On-Site Semi-Annual PM
- Change Oil in the Solvent Transfer Pump
- Change Oil in the Roots Pump
- Change Oil and Filters in Vane Pump
- Clean the Oil Separation Tank & Air Inlet Tube
- Inspection of Y Strainer in External Water Chiller
- Clean Water Separator
- Change Carbon In Carbon Filter Barrel
- Vacuum Check on (A Valve)
- Vacuum Check on Boiler
- Seal Check On Filter (F Valves)
- Vacuum Check on Filter (T Valves)
- Vacuum Check on (Q Valve / Vane Pump)
Virtual Follow-Up
3 months after the semi-annual PM, we will conduct a virtual follow-up with your team to assist with any questions or issues you may have.
On-Site Annual PM
- Flush, drain, and refill liquid ring vessel
- Clean the sight glasses
- Inspect of diathermic oil
- Change Q valve
- Flush and drain external water chiller and replace water and glycol
- Drain water boiler and refill
- Change the A Valve
- Inspection on boiler

Off-Site Training Refresh
We conduct periodic training sessions at our facility in Dayton OH. This is a two-day, hands-on training program using a powered iFP Clean washer. Contact us for a current schedule and availability, or a personalized program.
